Let's get back to actual football. Does anyone know anything about North Dakota? I think we can get the win and finish the season on a positive note. Go Bears!

I'll be honest (and quite pissy for that matter). I know this isn't fair to the players (especially the Seniors) but I kind of hope we get the crap kicked out of us so bad that it forces action by Dunn though I am not sue that even that would do anything.
Looking at UND's results, this looks like this could be a close game as we both seem to stink.

Here's a quick look at North Dakota..........
Our defense is pretty solid. Especially against the run, they are pretty stifling. We have shown at times to be vulnerable to give up a big pass play here and there. We blitz quite a lot, and are very aggressive on D. Our linebackers have played great all season and are the best position group on the entire team.
Offense has been terrible all season, especially the passing game. We are on our third QB, who happens to be a true freshman. He's a good athlete and has shown flashes at times, but honestly he is so inexperienced that coaching staff doesn't put too much on his plate. At one point against Northern Arizona, we called 31 consecutive running plays. Our WRs are not very good. Lots of dropped passes, and nobody that can stretch the field. Expect to see a healthy dose of our run game, which has been improving all season. We are averaging 168 yd/game over the last four. RB Jer Garmen is the only big play threat and he has been playing well lately. Stop him and we will be in trouble.
We have one punt return guy, Alex Tillman, that can be pretty explosive. He's taken one to the house, and usually seems to get good yards when he returns one.
North Dakota and Northern Colorado look pretty similar. We have played quite well at times this season, but have also looked horrible. We haven't won a game on the road all year. One difference this year from the past few, is that our new coaching staff seems to still have the players motivated and wanting to improve. Under our old coach, the players started to mail it in by week 8 or so. They will be hungry on Saturday and looking for a win.
No matter what happens Saturday this season will not end on a positive note. That bush move by Collins yesterday has all but killed any chance of that. He chose that to be his first move after getting a giant boost of confidence. And there are still people that think this is a bright man.McCandyman said:Let's get back to actual football.
