Congradulations to the NAU Men and Women for winning the Big Sky Track and Field title this weekend. The Men blew away the competition almost beating second place Idaho State by 100 points! NAU's point toal of 184 is a new record for most points at an indoor track championships. The women battled Sac St. for most of the day but it was the distance women (3,000 meters) who came up big for the jacks and finally put NAU on top for good. They won by 8 points over the defending champs Sac St. Nice to see a couple of big sky championship trophies going to NAU. That makes 4 big sky championships for NAU so far this year (both men and womens cross country teams won titles in the fall). Congradulations to coach J.W. Hardee for a job well done and congradulations for all the NAU track athletes for their great performances throughout the weeked.

Go Lumberjacks!!!
