Pretty sure that the announcer said that would have been the first time UNC beat EWU since '81. Holy smokes we dodged a bullet. Also, that would have been their biggest D1 upset in school history.

Was getting updates on this game while at work, how fucking stressful. Couple of my buddies were at the game, just glad we won.
We should have been up by 20 at half. West and Born were not on the same page. Several passes weren't within 10 yards of the receiver. I don't know if they just are not in the same playbook or the misunderstandings happen when there is an audible. Regardless we could have kept several drives alive with good passes. Lets say that only cost us 7 points. Then the two special teams gifts for 14 points and you have it, 21 point spread we left out there.
Instead of feeling beat up at half the Bears had to be feeling "we can play with these guys" and raise their game to the next level.
Another 8 penalties for 72 yards does not help either
