Now we need a road breakthrough

The Bengals remain near the bottom of the conference in the all important road breakthrough standings, tied with Montana at minus 1 for 9th place. ISU really needs a road breakthrough on this upcoming trip, and Sacramento would be the logical place for it to happen.

It certainly wasn't a pretty win last night over the Bobcats, but it was much needed. Dropping another home game would have been devastating. Watching Chris Hansen play has been a lot of fun, he's going to wind up on the Bugger Man Cave Wall of Fame, there is no doubt. And Andre Hatchett is really the key to this team against a man-to-man defense. He stepped up last night. Tomas needs to get back into a grove and Solarin has to figure out how to finish down low. It's a l-o-n-g conference season, though, and there will be ebbs and flows. A road win this week would certainly make the journey smoother.
