What happened? How have they given up so many sacks this year? Didn't they pride themselves in their pass protection last year? Don't we have basically the same guys?

Yeah, for being touted as being such an amazing and dominate line, they sure haven't lived up to expectations. They have really been nothing more than average.

I think part of it is the difference in QBs. Higgins would throw ridiculous passes to avoid sacks. Hoke doesn't panic and would rather take a sack or try to scramble instead of throw some junk ball up that could be intercepted. :twocents:

i'll agree in part to this, but come on, 4th and inches and we can't get a first down. i thought our left side was 'all world', and we have a lot of sacks coming off that side. need to regroup and have the O line coach motivate his boys; heard there's a lot dissension going on and that is sad.

GO CATS

Hopefully its complaining about the play calls. In that case I agree with the dissentors. :twocents:

The problem is the left side isn't "all world." Oram is the real deal, but Turner is a chump. He gets flagged for false starts and holds regularly and I swear, every single game he ends up on his a$$ at least once and needs help getting off the field.

Hey paper boy say that to his face. Turner has been playing most of the year injured so maybe you should cut him some slack.
