Over-Hyped Players

There are some players this year that I'm surprised are ranked so high. A few...

#6 RB Willie Parker PIT
#7 RBJoesph Addai IND
#16 RB Maurice Jones-Drew JAC
#21 RB Cedric Benson CHI

All great players but that high? I would take Manning before Parker and Addai(Manning is at #11) There are lots more that are being predicted to spring onto the scene but are unproven, such as Travis Henry, Thomas Jones, Brandon Jacobs, Chester Taylor, even though I am a Panther fan, DeAngelo Williams. Lots of unproven RB's this year, guys go with your gut not what NFL.com is saying, I will take Adrian Peterson before i ever take any of the RB's in this paragraph.

have any of you seen CBS sportsline's projections? Holy smokes totally different, most of the guys I noted up there are in the 100's when it comes to rankings.

/users/31/07/37/smiles/681496.gif actually, both rankings are pretty similar and accurate. they go off last years stats, and for everyone's knowledge, I took the pleasure of calculating the fantasy fb points the players averaged over last season, and they are pretty accurate down the line. My rankings come closest to both rankings around the middle of the draft and I am willing to share my top 25 if anyone is interested. Case in point, if you go by last year's stats, they are on the $$ but a new season means everything can change.

Decent but your reserves could be better. I would never go on auto unless I necessarily have to.
