PERFECT STORM

Okay Wildcat fans, there is still a chance that Weber can end up hosting the tourny next week, but the Cats will need some help. For Weber to host the follow HAS to happen:

A. Weber must beat Eastern Washington
B. NAU must beat UM in Missoula
C. Sac must beat MSU in Bozeman

Granted, I know that for each thing to happen it'll take a miracle (most probable thing to happen is Weber beating Eastern Washington), but it is possible that all three will occur. After watching NAU last night and last Saturday against the Cats, I have a feeling they can beat the Griz especially if the Griz have an off shooting night and NAU comes out blazing. Also, MSU got really lucky last night. Gotta hand it to the bobs though, they hit some timely shots and really fought for the W. However, SAC is a really good team and if the stars are aligned right, could pull off the W against the bobs. It has to happen for the Cats to get the right to hosting. So not only are we Wildcat fans tomorrow, but we are also pulling for the Hornets and Jacks to win.

Montana got their miracle when Anthony Johnson went off. Maybe Weber finally gets theirs and this unlikely scenario comes together. Fingers crossed ...

I think NAU is a much better team than Sac, and Sac took UM to the wire till about 2 minutes left, If NAU can get hot there's a good possibility, I'm still thinking that UM will host, but right now that doesnt bother me, Weber is playing at a different level now than they were when we played up in Missoula last time and lost by 2

This perfect storm can happen. I don't think MSU will win tomorrow. They will lay an egg. It will be a true battle in Missoula, but I think NAU finally comes out on top.

And here in Ogden...Well, it is Senior night and our legends will be in attendance. Beat the tar out of the eagles. I know they have been down the last couple of years, but there is nothing I love to see more than the eagles getting beat. I love to hate the eags.

Strange from the Sac/MT game: Veteto who is a decent post player only was in for 10 min and no points? I would have thought Sac would try to go inside to him as they did against Weber.

Realize it is a long shot, but could happen, hope NAU and Sac win on the road and Weber kicks some Eagle tail!

so we need to rely on both nau and sac to win road games? nau hasn't won at either montana in the rahe area. lol.

Great! you totally jinxed them now.... you are super effing lame! :wall:

No perfect storm. MSU beats Sac St. 71-55. No chance to host. It will be sweet to celebrate in Montana.

Well, one outa 3 ain't bad....

See you guys in Missoula! Get your hotel rooms today: 14 college teams, staff, bands, cheer squads, officials, etc plus a huge junior BB tournament in Missoula. Gonna be a crowded town.

everett, thanks for the advance warning. you said last week that rooms could be hard to find.
Here's to an exciting conference tournament, and I hope UM and WSU can win out and both meet up on Saturday
