Looks like fun. Early choice to make some noise.... Idaho. Back to back road games at SELA than Samford. Sac needs to show us something in the playoffs or it was all for nought. Weber v MSU in the second round sucks. Is it wrong to root for SEMO over the Griz? It doesn't feel wrong.

Well well well, let's see here. If Montana wins they play NDSU. Any Griz haters would root for them vs SEMO so as to watch NDSU dismantle the Griz. On the other hand I don't care for NDSU, at all, so don't think I want them pounding UM and talk shit about BSC. So go SEMO...sorry Griz folk. Sac State vs NDSU in semi a great matchup and even better if/when Sac State wins. SS is a really good football team. Thought Idaho was pretty good till I watched UC Davis take them apart. If Weber wins they play MSU again and MSU won 43-38 back in 10/22. Think MSU wins and may play SDSU in the semi...a great matchup.I feel lonely.

Hard to be on the sidelines. You're not alone ;-)

Will be rooting for Idaho at SELA tomorrow. Expect the Weber to take care of UND.

btw, who the F scheduled the Apple Cup for 10:30 pm east coast start? Pac12 hates themselves.

Not sure if any other games aside from the BSC games will be any fun to watch. Delaware drew St. Francis. I heard CornPop played for St. Francis back in the day. Don't know much about either of these teams but will assume a CAA team is better than an NEC team. May check it out for a minute. Delaware lost 3 out of 4 to close the season and was 6th in the CAA...

Any others?

7:30 Apple Cup feels like an insurance liability nightmare. There are going to be some inebriated people in attendance for that one.

Will also be watching the BSC teams. Gonna be chilly in missoula by games end(and some wasted griz fans).

Weber opened up as a 13 point favorite today. Sounds about right.

They have played well on offense (yep, a well-balanced offense that likes to control the ball to compensate for its defense) and had a lot of struggles defensively (correct, but the secondary is young and has been making continued improvements).

They have some familiar faces in Schuster at QB and Maag at WR. Nope, Schuster was only a true freshman in 2019 and hasn't played against Weber State. He's UND's most prototypical QB since going Division 1, and has already set a good number of all-time passing records at UND (if he was taller, he'd likely be in the Big 10 as he was the Michigan Division 1 Player of the Year in 2018).

Maag is a huge target and the type of receiver that can use his body out-physical out corners. I don’t think we’ve seen seen a WR like him this year. This was true when he played in 2019, but his injury history has tempered his physicality to the point that there was a discussion on Siouxsports this week that he is "soft." I believe that he isn't as physical as he once was, but I don't think he's soft.

North Dakota doesn’t get penalized or turn the ball over often so that will put pressure on us to play a clean game. True, but UND really looked out of sorts against NDSU, and I believe this could be a possibility against a top 10 team like WSU.

These guys are always a tough matchup and I expect a close game Saturday. As an objective fan, this is about the best that I can hope for. Hopefully, the winning team will advance without any injuries

If you can, get out to Stewart Stadium and make some noise! I will, although I'll be cheering for UND.

Furman grinding down Elon... Up 24-6 now with minutes left. Furman looks like Furman again.

Catching some of the Delaware game... they don't look like they could beat the top 6 of the BSC either...

Idaho v SELA is going to be an offensive slobber knocker. Who ever wins the TO battle probably wins this game. Fun so far. 14-7 vandals

21-10 Idaho. starting to look a little more physical than SELA.

How long was that missed fg to tie for Idaho at very end?...thought ot for sure
...shoulda won it...watched most of it.

*it was a 39 yard fg that was missed to tie with 11 seconds left

***congrats to weber...and griz tied at 24 with a min left in the 3rd...on espn2

****griz down by 3 scores come back to win 34-24

Thought the Griz were going down and then "special teams", 2 lightening scores and Johnson finally hit the broadside of the barn with a couple passes... That dude has a rocket launcher but is playing horseshoes and hand grenades out there. D finally made some noise in 2nd half too. Griz are going to get smoked at NDSU if they are that inconsistent.

SELA/Idaho game was fun. Weber made it interesting.

Next week it sucks that it's Weber v MSU. Saw some of that Delaware game and Weber would roll them.

Week 2:

Sac St v. Richmond -- I don't think the CAA was almighty this season so expect Sac to get it done. They'd better or it's an embarrassment of Herculean proportions

Griz @ Bizon -- Beuller? Predicting the margin of loss might be fun.. Gotta say, Griz should have dropped to SEMO last week. Don't think special teams will save them again.

Weber @ MSU -- Lean Kats. Could be a good game but hoping Kats just impose their will and run away with this one.

Furman looked pretty good last week, not sure if they can stop the UIW passing attack. SDSU should smoke the Blue Hens

Kats looked good today. Enjoyed that game. Ifanse back is a good addition for a playoff run. Montana played well early but NDSU and the ref's finally got it done.

Completely underwhelmed by Sac St... The game is being played in a monsoon which makes it hilarious. My wife and I were recalling the Richmond playoff game in 15 degrees where Ebukam owned Richmond all by himself. Good times :-). it's not over yet, but I could be less interested.

Watched a lot of the Holy Cross game and they are a good team. Don't think they will do very well at SDSU next week but they owned New Hampshire today. SDSU smoked Delaware. Guess the surprise for the day was UIW winning despite their coach leaving..

Just saw Sac St throw a pick late in their end... Freaking hapless. How this game is tied is anyone's guess.

Hear ya on Sac St. Watchin now..need SS to win by two td's. MSU looked good and Griz got beat up by NDSU. Dislike NDSU but at least EWU beat NDSU in men's basketball today!
