Here is my prediction of PSU vs. Cal scoring chart

1st qtr

PSU 7 Cal 14

2nd qtr

I hope we can put more points on the board then that but I think we might have a really tough time even coming close to 24. I'm hoping our offense can give our defense enough time to catch their breathe get some water and inspire each other to keep hittin em hard.

My game plan for defense would be to put enough pressure on the quarter back so he gets frustrated like he did during the Tennessee game, I think we can keep their running game from exploding. If that happens we can really keep this game close otherwise its going to be a battle of the offenses.

A slow start for PSU and a quick start for Cal and we're done for.... Such as the UNM, they need to not let Cal get the momentum out of the starting gate.

I agree but I think its going to be a battle to keep Cal from scoring, we are big and quick but Cal has alot of firepower with the WR's, and Running Back. Also if Longshore gets his arm going and has time to throw the ball it might get real ugly for us!

Like I said we need to put alot of pressure on the QB make him jumpy, make him make some mistakes and we might get lucky and pic some interceptions!

I'm also kind of worried about getting our running game going. Our line is big enough and has the depth but I'm not sure if magee can make it happen. We need a Rubin/Fuqua guy . . . we need Mu Ali who can make people miss and hits the gap.

I would like to see McClintock and Somberlin make some big plays they both are pretty quick for their size.

Even if Cal gets up on us our guys in the never say die mode though, they will play their hearts out to the very last second.

This is huge challenge and they know and expect it.

I have faith in them they will look good tomorrow!!!
