Portland State

Lets get it on!! Game Day!!

Whose gonna fashion some of thier retro threads tonight? I've got some basketball shorts, Weber, of course, hip huggers from the late 70s I might sport. Trying to decide whether or not I will take that chance at causing a stampede

Is it the Arrow W? If so...that is legit gear.

Predictions on tonights attendance? I'm going with 8K, but hoping for a sell out. :kisswink:

That would be the best indication of a retro night!! A totally full DEE!!

Wildcat in the shield

Anyway, great dominating win by Weber tonight, Portland State, aside from a few players looked defeated.

Lets do it again Saturday night

NAU is leading Montana State by 2 with 1:35 remaining. Weber State's hosting hopes still hanging on by a thread. :yikes:

Looks like MSU is going to hang on

Tournament will be in Missoula, fine by me, we can beat Montana, even in Missoula and even with Cherry

Did anybody else notice the crowd ovation Byron Fulton got last night when sinking his two baskets? That was a nice little touch from the fans, considering he hasn't played much of a role this season. I'm glad the crowd is still behind him, especially heading into next season. We are going to need him.

I was really glad that Byron hit those two shots. Not only having the crowd behind him, but also having Byron confident that he can hit the necessary shots when he gets the opportunity to is crucial for the team and for his confidence. Next season without Mook, I think Byron should get more mins, but it'll be interesting. Hill is pretty damn good, and the Cats are picking up Fuller after his mission. Who knows how good Fuller will be, but he has a hell of a lot of potential. Also, will Bolomboy play the C position more next year than the PF, or will he start at the 4. We all know Tres is the starting 5 next year. Hill might be backing up Berry or getting SF mins as well as PF mins. Who knows...I did hear Rahe mention that Hill will play the 4 mostly his Fresh year, and slowly move over to the 3 after that. Also, Weber will have Royce who is only going to get better. A lot of depth is never a bad thing.

I think I like that a bit more than Lord Byron. Nice!!

Randy is seeing the logjam at 4. At one time he was saying that Hill might play more 4 than 3 his first year. I think he is reconsidering that now and planning to go ahead and play him morre at 3 for two reasons. One is our wealth at 4 and the other is that he will be the three for most of his career, might as well go through the trials now instead of the following year. It will change our guard rotations, but I think it can be a good thing in the long run. :thumb:
