Nothing against Maves, but the Trib seems to always have more details in their stories.

I agree. It goes much deeper at the Oregonian than the writer. It was much of the same when Fentress was the PSU beat writer. Not Norm's fault - hard to go into detail when you are only allowed 2-3 column inches (exaggeration).
