Possible Walk-On?

Heard a rumor today that Madison Mangum is transferring here to play. He played wide-receiver at one of the Boise area schools, and he was a preferred walk-on at BYU. His younger brother Tanner is the hotshot QB out of the Boise area who committed to play at BYU but had a lot of offers to play elsewhere.

I'm thinking that Madison probably went to Timberline, since Tanner went there his sophomore year and after that played for Eagle High. Normally I follow the high school FB scene in this region a lot closer than a lot of people I know, but I'm not really familiar with him.

Sasquatch, How credible is your source? I don't know Madison, but have heard that the entire family is very solid and a bunch of good athletes. I think he was offered by ISU, but chose to take a preferred walk-on position at BYU so he could possibly play with his brother. He probably just returned from a mission. He might be a great possession receiver that would compliment the other kids we have. I hope your information pans out.

Proud to let y'all know that I have just completed my final week of studying at the fine institution of BYU and living in beautiful Provo - I have made the decision to transfer to Idaho State University to continue playing the wonderful game of football. Looking forward to the future and excited to get back into the game. Now a Bengal and proud of it!!!
