An interesting name for the board to throw around would be the Running Backs Coach and ST Coordinator at Idaho Jeremy Thielbahr. I've followed football in the state of Idaho for a long time. Thielbahrs the type of young and energetic coach that I think the Bengals could use. He's a native of Sandpoint and has a lot of Big Sky coaching experience. He was the Assistant Head Coach at Montana State under Kramer and has Pac 10 experience as a player and GA at Washington State. He's also learned under Coach Akey at Idaho how to turn around a program that's strapped for cash and is at the bottom of its conference, into a Bowl winner. Might be a wild card but a name that should be mentioned.
