Potential Coaching Canidates...

I think Kramer would be a great fit or Barnum.

An interesting name for the board to throw around would be the Running Backs Coach and ST Coordinator at Idaho Jeremy Thielbahr. I've followed football in the state of Idaho for a long time. Thielbahrs the type of young and energetic coach that I think the Bengals could use. He's a native of Sandpoint and has a lot of Big Sky coaching experience. He was the Assistant Head Coach at Montana State under Kramer and has Pac 10 experience as a player and GA at Washington State. He's also learned under Coach Akey at Idaho how to turn around a program that's strapped for cash and is at the bottom of its conference, into a Bowl winner. Might be a wild card but a name that should be mentioned.

Regarding Kramer the guy is dirty. UofI shied away when they looked at the troubles at MSU and MSU eventually canned him. He had an assistant coach sent to prison for selling meth to high school kids and had a lot of bad apples on the football team.
