Preseason Polls

Par for the course, until we have a season better than 6-5, don't count on getting any respect.

Only thing polls are good for is dancing on...the final standings is all that matters and that all gets decided on the field one way or another. :twocents:
 
I'm quite a bit more optimistic than the polls show. No, I'm not back to the old days of predicting an undefeated season through the Chipper. But DEFINITELY better than the polls say.

Unfortunately for me, however, GCM has the right of it. We can win FBS games all we want, but until we make the playoffs and threaten for conference titles, we'll continue to get placed in the middle of the pack in pre-season polls.
 
The players should have a chip on their shoulder after hearing about this. I predict us to only lose 3 games (at the most) this year and win the BSC.

CP will go higher. I haven’t looked too closely at what they’ve got returning but they have the easiest BSC slate by far. No UM, no MSU, EWU is an OOC game and they get PSU at home. They will have tough road games at WSU and at NAU but other than that it is clear sailing for them. They should waltz into the BSC top 3 no questions asked and get into the playoffs as well. :twocents:
