As Weber State fans, I guess we should be flattered. BYU is hiring up our assistants (that makes three). Hadley did a great job while he was here. There are a lot of really good young coaches out there. I'm sure that Coach Hill will find some more.

As much as I hate to see good assistant coaches get hired away, this really is a compliment to Coach Hill and the program he's built. No one would come calling if Weber State sucked.
Hill has shown he can build winning programs at Weber. I'm confident the trend will continue as long as he's heading thing up.

They should have to sit out a year to transfer :lol: , so FCS teams aren't continually poached. Yes it is a compliment to what Coach Hill is doing right at Weber, but I'm getting so damn sick and tired of the revolving coaching door with WSU football!

Get used to it. There is always turnover in the coaching ranks. Sometimes it's because other programs want your guys and sometimes it's because you don't want your own guys. Just ask Coach Detmer about that.SWWeatherCat said:
