I talked to Renard Williams at the Seattle airport on Thursday after pro day and he was very positive about his chances. Hope he is right.

Seahawks, Browns, 49ers, Giants, and Packers were at EWU's Pro Day.

Good to see renard getting some air time. I gotta say, I remember having a different memory of his "welcome to college" moment. The first day of fall ball, he was rolling around on the ground and puking. But hard work paid off and he quickly got in shape. I will say that playing against him in high school and then having to practice against him every day certainly made me a better football player. Good luck Nards!

You're right the interviewer sounds like a real dip shit but Renard came across pretty good. Sounds like he is at least getting quite a few looks.

The guy was kind of painful to listen to. He kept dropping names of NFL coaches and players like he knew them personally......who knows, maybe he does. But it got kind of annoying listening to that. Plus he would ask the same question 10 different ways....

Update on Renard:
Went undrafted (obviously), but had a mini camp tryout with the Bucs a week or two ago, didn't pan out.
He's in Seattle's rookie minicamp on a tryout basis right now, but at least he's getting work with the 1's, which is a good sign I guess.
