I heard that there is more dissension on the team. With the losses mounting, I'm not surprised. The AD has to look into this ASAP. Circle the wagons fasssssst.

And it's MORE than a bit early to start throwing charges of "shambles" on a coach who pretty much just got here.

But seriously, this program is not in shambles. The Hornets got whooped by a very good offensive team. This win just brings us all back down to earth and forces us to realize that this program isn't progressing at the pace we want it to (if at all). This also forces us to realize that Sac State is far from competing with the top tier of Big Sky schools. The game in Portland will tell us if Sac State can compete with the middle tier Big Sky schools. As will the games at MSU and at home against NAU. The Hornets NEED to win the next two games to have any hope at a semi-successful season.

Can't we simply admit we got beat by three very good teams. Not to mention the fact that four turnovers in the last game and poor tackling doesn't give you much of a chance. Its still early in the season and we've played one league game. I'd be surprised if a few kids aren't grumbling...look at all of us. That's perfectly natural. However, to claim the program is in shambles is ridiculous. By the way, the AD was at the game. In fact, all of them. I think he knows what's going on...are you kidding me? Even your handle doesn't make any sense.

That is excellent to hear!!!!! I am glad they are feeling better. And, I hope they know we post here and talk about them because we like Hornet Football. We all want them to do better and this is our only outlet to vent sometimes. If they are angered or feel some rage, then bottle it up for game day and then make the other team pay. When that happens, our accolades will flow uncontrollably.
On a side note: I am not sure calling them kids is a good idea. This is the time of a man's life you are supposed to make a transition. If your old enough to go into combat, then you are old enough to start acting or being treated like a man.
