Looks like PSU has landed another commitment. Bone and company must have been busy this weekend. Congratulations on the staff's hard work. I like that we got a local kid too, I'll be following his senior year with great interest.
After finishing off a brilliant AAU campaign with the Oregon Lords and posting a standardized test score, the offers started flowing in for Max Jacobsen. The skilled 6-foot-6, 230-pound forward from Lake Oswego High School whittled down his list to three and set up official visits to each of his interested schools in successive weekends. Jacobsen left open the possibility of committing whenever it felt right and that feeling hit him during the one and only trip he'll take in the recruiting process.
I think having DW has to help too. Oregon has quite the talent pool when it comes to basketball. Not so much for football. If and when PSU finishes its facilities upgrades, it could become quite the regional power.
