LOL I bet EWU would rather wave the white flag and not play the game at this point. They lucked out becuase of poor free throw shooting last time around I think PSU was like 7-19 (yikes).

I dont think FT's will even matter this time. I see another 50 point win. And then UM/ISU (lol). I hope you get UM again. That will be a VERY entertaining game to watch as I missed the 50 point win!

Lol yep...the only embarrasing thing will be the mighty Stott with its 1,500 seats. Very intimidating...

Well, after this season there will be some serious talks. Since we are building a new student rec center anyway, we might as well make a nice BB arena out of the Stott's remains.

I agree...with PSU bball heading in the direction it is...they should consider upgrading the Stott or replacing it. 2 conference titles in 4 years.

But is it loud when full? At WSU we have a volleyball arena that holds I think 1,000. Probably like the Stott with no seeting behind where the hoops would normally be. When it's full it is way loud even though its small. Roof is low very enclosed to its pretty cool.

Oh yes, it can get rather loud. But since PSU is building so much on-campus housing (which means more committed fans) plus, as you mentioned the two titles in four years, there is simply no excuse for not upgrading anymore.

I usually appreciate that PSU prefers investing heavily in academics rather than athletics. But PSU is already extremely fortunate with PGE Park, which we can use but don't have to own, so one nice little multi-purpose 5k arena is not too much asked in my opinion.
