This will be a good chance for our team to step up and show that they really can compete after the poor start so far. PSU is going to be looking for an easy win to get them back on the winning track and we should be hungry enough to put a win on them. PSU won't like the cold weather that is expected on Saturday and will have trouble throwing the ball.

Only Dowing's 2 minute drill does. Tell me why the hell you didn't go for when it was forth and goal?? Seriously you kick a field goal for what??

Somebody buy Downing's bus ticket outta here, there's no way he stays. Bringing him back was the biggest mistake this program has made. Hiring him was the second biggest mistake.
 
Bad thing about this whole situation, is, Hinrichs doesn't have the balls to dump Downing and his staff, and Norton and the Board of Regents doesn't have the balls to dump Hinrichs. The crappy budget situation is going to loom HUGE for UNC football, unfortunately. :?

I disagree. Hinrichs isn't afraid to fire anyone. We've seen that.
 
This one will be interesting to watch. Hinrichs was the fool who hired the fired tight ends coach from Nebraska, so, if he cans him, he is admitting that he made a mistake. It's easy to can someone else's hire's so you can look like a savior, it's different when you have to do it to your own.
