The new radio home for Weber State football and men’s basketball is KLO AM/FM. All games will be simulcast on 1430 AM and 103.1 FM and will also be heard online at kloradio.com.

Carl Arky will continue to broadcast all Weber State football and men’s basketball home and away games. Arky is entering his 15th season as the voice of the Wildcats and was named the 2011 Utah Sportscaster of the Year.

This is awesome news! I just don't think 1280 was a good fit and there was way too many conflicts with Jazz games. I always loved tuning in to KLO from the time I was a kid. No mention of Dutch is he still on the broadcast?

Dear Carl Arky,
We are back on KLO and that is great. I would love to go back to the broadcasts painting a picture of the action on the court. The past few seasons, the weird clichés and nick names have taken away from the picture you are trying to paint. Some cliché's are alright, but some of them the last few years have seemed forced and not appropriate (hotter than honey boo boo). Here's to the future!

   1280 was terrible. Random ads coming on during the end of the WSU vs Wyoming (football) game will never be forgotten. KLO is way better and has a better signal. :notworthy:

It was not a good situation to have one game on the AM dial and the next on the FM dial. Hard to build a consistent audience. I sure hope that the move back to KLO means the games will always be on the same dial.
