Actually, the thing that comes to mind is that the big teams and national hosts dominating the POTENTIAL FM sports station perhaps frees up KFXX to be a little more "local-friendly."
BTW- I was blown away last time I was in Dallas listening to their FM station that carried the Cowboys... and hardly seemed to be able to address other sports... or even college or HS ball.
