Don't know who should start next week, but it might be time to give Hennessey a shot running the offense and just seeing what he can do.

That's a huge part of what Vernon did for us during his time here. That style really fits our scheme in terms of maximizing our performance. Hennessy is that type of QB. GG may also be in that mold to some degree. We also recruited (unsuccessfully unfortunately) a QB from New Mexico that also fit that mold to a tee.clawman said:If our QB can scramble enough to keep a play alive our 4 outstanding WR's to get open it leads to big plays. All 4 guys can really roll up some yards in space. That rollout gets tight ends in the play more than just blocking.
It isn't about the yards a QB gains but keeping a play alive for a couple more seconds.
