For transparency, my picks are:
Eastern Washington: I think our offense shreds Montana. Just have to get some stops to keep Montana in the rear view mirror
North Dakota: UND didn't look good against Idaho State. However, Weber hasn't shown up strong against any opponent. I think UND is the better team, but I really want Weber to pop them in the mouth.
Portland State: I think PSU finds their rhythm against a UNC team that is collapsing
Southern Utah: The Thunderbirds take care of business against a bad Idaho State team.
Cal Poly: It's pretty safe to pick against Suck State every week.

Looking for Weber to take down UND for no other reason than Weber still has to face NAU and CP, so at least one likely loss 
Unfortunately, Weber doesn't have a match up advantage and this is at UND, so UND is probable to win this one. Nuts.
