Weber State should just get BYU to pay them to develop their players for them. FCS has become a development league for FBS. Just make it a formal agreement and get some coin off of it.
Of course BYU would rather pilfer than pay. In this scenario it looks like Weber State recruited him and then BYU just swooped in after. It looks like BYU will is breaking commandments (repeatedly). Thou shall not covet your neighbor’s possessions and thou shall not steal.
