Fairly certain he saw what everyone else sees and jumped ship. Sam Houston has some rebuilding ahead of them, and certainly aren't going to perform in 2014.

Lets beat them just once before we start talking shit. They kicked our ass last year; it was the only game that really left me embarrassed. They absolutely dominated us, and we were completely healthy in that game.

That makes us 0-3 against them. Doubting their ability to perform is sort of like Montana State doubting us. The record is what it is....

Fair.

:ohno: Let's put it on them this season. We kicked our ass for sure.

Not Nostradamus: Not sure the road to Frisco was going through SHSU in 2014, more likely CAA team will be the one major roadblock. Best to win the BSC outright and achieve home field throughout the playoff's. Staying healthy won't hurt either. EWU will be two deep with starting talent, albeit young in spots.

Living in SoCon country, excited to see the improvement in GaSo football this year, wasted on the Sunbelt though.

Agreed that we shouldn't be talking any smack against SHSU - right now they own us like we own MSU...oh, well maybe not that bad, but we are 0-3.

That said, I think they are in for a big surprise next fall.

K.C. Keeler was announced as SHSU new head coach. Very good grab for the Kats.

Wow, next year's game just got a whole lot more interesting.

Didn’t Keeler run more of a pro style offense at Delaware? As EWU fans painfully know SHSU ran the spread option under Fritz. So Keeler starts at SHSU with offensive players recruited to run the spread option. SHSU also lost gillions of yards of production to graduation this year. Will be interesting to see what type of offense we play against this fall.

Strange hire. Not being able to field a consistent winner at Delaware is like not fielding a consistent winner at Montana, you almost have to work to be bad at those programs.

He came across as a horses ass during the NC event in 2010. Not too mention, his shitty coaching and decision to stop running the ball probably cost his team the game. Oh well, it worked out for Eastern!

I think we will beat them.
