We won the last three quarters, 31-22. Those turnovers killed us, just like the turnover vs NDSU killed us.

Don't forget the bone head penalties, they hurt too and there were just too many of them. The players gotta get better focused and exercise control.

Congrats for a hard played entertaining game last night! I think this game proved that both teams are a work in progress but have the potential to make some noise in the BSC this year! You guys have a very favorable BSC schedule. I was especially impressed with your QB and Receivers! We were getting nervous as the early lead was whittled away, it brought back bad memories from the SUU and NAU home losses last year. Fortunately for us this time our offense was able to restart and finish the job.
Good luck the rest of the way, I’m pulling for you to get that 1st win in Texas Saturday!

The play that really made me mad was Kehano muffled the punt and then didn't even go after it :wall: . I thought that was a huge game changer. Weber State had gained the momentum from the stop and then that happens. It is just those small mistakes that are going to be the difference between a win and a loss for this team.

One thing we need to remember is we are still a rebuilding team, are we better than we were last year? Yeah, but our team is pretty young still and are still learning to play together. This team still has many things to work on and will continue to get better. We saw what our team could be against NDSU, time to get back to the practice field and work on those small things that can be the difference between a win and a loss.

Lets go Weber, lets go get a win against the Lumberjacks.
