Sac State Stanford game will be on TV

You mean Sac State's first win of the season, right?

I was just looking at their roster- yes I understand the caliber difference between the schools, but they have one heck of a lot of freshman on the roster, and they lost quite a few starters to graduation. I do not think this will be the "easy" tune up game they were looking for. If they wanted that, they should have scheduled
UCFE.

That's probably a good point, HH, but it might not make a difference. Stanford is traditionally vulnerable early in the season. Just ask San Jose, which tends to have their number....

Ummm.....not sure what you are trying to say here. The "UCFE" DID go down and hand it to Stanford in 2005; maybe you had forgotten.

Just try to be logical (I know that is probably a big word for you; just use the dictionary..... you know that really thick book in the library...... you know the building with all the books). When and if you beat Standford then it MIGHT be appropriate to talk smack about The "UCFE" beating Standford, because we've already been there and done that.

I think I would rather save the "smack talk" for when Sac beats the Aggies for the 3rd year in a row!

I read in the paper the other day that the special olympics were being held at UCFE, coach Biggs was real excited. Word is, he replaced every player on the team with a special olympian. He said that a team full of disabled people was much better than the girls he had playing for him last season. After he was interviewed he ran off to get his depends changed by his fluffer, aggiemba.

Wait, aggiemba just referenced “logical”?!? Well she is one for words.

So now you make fun of disabled people on this board? Keep it classy honuts!

Looks like it's the opposite, MBA. Stung was clearly saying that the challenged people were better than your STANDARD football players.

Still not classy. But better than you make out, dude.

It must be sad to have to reach back to 2005 for good times but I guess that when you lose the grand opening of your stadium to DII team you can't be too picky.

BTW--I like the AGGIEMBA screen name. It always screams self confidence when you have to announce your station in life.

HAHA jmb, seriously now. Do you think the margin of victory of the Cardinals over Suc St. will be smaller or larger than that of CAL over Davis? I'll be at both games maybe we should meet for a beer.

I see Mr Manure Pile has not only forgotten that Stanford has a history of losing early games they have no business losing AND has forgotten their nickname. Must say something about the quality of the MBA over there....

Since we are in a pissing contest regarding history against FBS teams, think "the farm extension" has any chance at holding its big brother (or do you guys call them daddy?) to 10 first half points? Any chance "the farm extension" scores any points at all? With Denham gone, I'd be surprised if you guys even surpass 200 total yards.

Now, now. I am very proud of our heritage, CAL is one of the preeminent (is that word too big here?) academic institutions in the WORLD. We broke away from them over 100 years ago, but are still proud to be associated. I know that is probably a hard concept to understand from a school whose "heritage" consists of being one of the top junior colleges in the greater Sacramento region; so I forgive you for not understanding.

From wikipedia:
"The University of California, Davis (UCD) is a public research university located in Davis, California, and one of ten campuses in the University of California system. Commonly referred to as UC Davis, the school was originally established in 1905 as the University Farm, an extension of UC Berkeley (hence why I call them "the farm extension") UC Davis welcomed its first class in 1908. It was later formally established as a UC campus by the Regents of the University of California in 1959."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uc_davis

According to the wikipedia article "the farm extension" wasn't its own independent campus until 1959. So either you don't know your phaggie history or you just suck at math. My money is on you sucking at math.

For SacStaters this is what we would call remedial math. For those of you from the Farm Extension, we will call this advanced mathematics for Masters of Barn Administration students.
Your daddy has 105 cows. Your daddy takes 54 cows and gives them to your big brother. How many cows do you have? 51 cows good answer(amazingly same number of years you have "been independent"). Now for some advanced barn economics. Let's now go on to an advanced barn mathematics problem. You have a barn that holds 10,000 cows. You want a barn that can hold 30 to 40K in cows. How do you expand your barn? Answer, you don't your daddy won't let you.

The basic proven formula is aggiemba = @sshat. (Note: My family members and friends that graduated UCFE laugh at aggiemba’s posts.)

These posts are so inflammatory, I can only conceive that they are a masochistic attempt for pleasure. I would ask all posters to, please, address your desire for sexual gratification depending on suffering and humiliation somewhere else. This board is not for your personal pleasure and is for serious posts only.

Go Hornets!!!!

Hey guys,

Now that classes are going to be starting and the job flipping burgers at McDonalds is almost done for the summer, what is the latest on the Stanford game?

Any chance of beating them?

Wow a "farm extension" person projecting a snobby attitude towards a "degrading" job. (Specifically in a time when jobs are hard to come by.) What a surprise.

But to answer your real question (I think this is a first for you, congrats) I'm hoping the Hornets will hang tough for a quarter or two (maybe longer). Eventually the size and depth of an FBS Pac 12 team will determine the outcome to be a probable loss.

2009 @ UNLV the Hornets trailed UNLV 17-3 after 3 quarters. The Rebels blew it open in the 4th winning it 38-3.
2008 @ Colorado State the Hornets took the Rams to the wire. CSU needed a late 4th quarter drive to win it 23-20.
2007 @ Fresno State the Hornets battled all game long and trailed 14-3 at halftime. The Bulldogs added 10 in the second half to win it 24-3.
2006 @ Boise State. This one wasn't close, 45-0 Broncos. This was the year the Broncos finished with that amazing win over Oklahoma in the Fiesta Bowl.
2005 @ Cal the Hornets fought tough and went into halftime trailing 10-3. Cal (ranked 19th at the time) went on to win 41-3.
