I agree, I dint like seeing Cantwell take so many hits, i know he's a big physical guy but that really wears ya down as the year goes on

Anyone else having issues with pluto tv? stream quality is horrible.

I'm having issues

Did you go through the watch big sky website?

Was trying to watch on Pluto on my smart tv but it kept freezing up. I'd switch over to the SUU game when it did and that game worked fine. Now watching on watch big sky on my computer and that's working good.

Exactly the same quality issues I saw. Tried four different devices, all sucked. BigSky Website worked well.

Well, we definitely know that our OL is young. After two really strong weeks, one against a 3-0 PAC-12 team, they didn't look very dominant last night. Yes, the Cats were able to run the ball, but the pass blocking was terrible. We couldn't pass because Cantwell was running for his life. Offensive success starts on the OL. Gotta get better!

Weber has struggled mightily against Sac. Last night wasn't the first time the Cats barely got away with a W. The last two wins, in the current 4 game series, were virtual duplicates of last night. Last year Weber needed a late game TD from Clark to win and the season before it was a lot closer than what it should have been. We've got to hand it to Jody though, he definitely has a better team this year. Thankfully, for the Hornets he changed his defense. I think having Paul Wluff on the staff is helping a ton. Sac might win some games this year.

Last point, the Sac announcers kept complaining about missed opportunities from their QB. I don't think that's totally fair to our pass rush. He wasn't sacked a lot but was under pressure frequently. That pressure made him get rid of the ball quicker. However, he did totally miss his receiver at the end.

Missed large chunks of the first quarter due to quality issues with the stream, but here is my take on the game.

We seemed to run the ball well. And then we stopped. This team is built to run. More of that please.

We didn't handle the blitz well at all. I like the play action and the occasional deep ball, but we need some quick hitters in the middle of the field. A slant pass would be nice.

Defense. Stout when they needed to be. We owned the middle run. Our edge contain was horrible on pass rush. Whenever we got pressure, we never finished the play. Maybe their QB was more mobile/elusive than most. Thank goodness he had a rag arm. Secondary let multiple guys run free deep.

Good ugly win.

Apparently in Sac Town missed chances is a stat they track.

Pluto's quality sucked in the Sac game and it also went in and out a bit on the SUU game as well. They definitely have some quality issues to work out. I tried to find the link to the BSCTV site, but didn't see it on Weber's page. I missed large chunks of the game due to Pluto's poor delivery. From what I saw, the game was closer than it really should have been. You have to give a little credit to Sac's D, they were playing with a lot of pride. They will win more games this year if they can build off of that game.

I watched it on watchbigsky.com and it worked perfectly for me

I watched it on Pluto, wirelessly, to my laptop PC, then connected to a big screen TV and the quality was as good as anything I ever remember from the past and had no issues whatsoever. I watched the Montana-Western game the same way but from the laptop screen (not connected to a TV) and the video quality was good and no problems throughout the the fist half (I couldn't keep watching the rout). The audio was really soft for that one, though.

Maybe those having problems are all using it directly through their SmartTVs? Maybe there's an issue with the SmartTV's settings, internet connection, firmware revision, and/or the local network setup (wireless or wired)? Did anyone having problems with it though a SmartTV try on a PC to see if the problems remained?

I tried Cell Phone, PC(Browser and Windows App), PlayStation 4 and Smart TV. All were horrible, the other Pluto channels all seemed to work reasonably well. Just not the Weber game or the SUU game. The WatchBigSky Website worked pretty well.

I kept getting a message from Pluto TV that my event would be back on soon. The problems were not from my end. Pluto seems to do well with replays that have been sent to them. For live events, they will need to beef up the links between the events and their transmission system. There is a bottleneck somewhere there. Because the problems seemed to be worse from Sac than they were from Cedar City, my guess is that it has something to do with the feed coming out of those places.

Win over Sac last weeks look a heck of a lot better now than it did last week after last night, Sac beat Southern Utah 54-27.
