Just my take and I don't know if alot of Aztec fans agree with me on this.....

Any one of 4 QB's could start. I feel that O'Connel is the leader at this time, but Craft, Mougey, or rs freshman Sokolowski could get the spot early. I also would not rule out the true freshman Ryan Lindley.

Sokolowski and Lindley are the two QB's that Long has recrutied for his style of play. I think Lindley is the best of the bunch, but is a true frosh.

Defense will be a mystery. There is talent and athletism. Linebackers should be real good. DLine should be OK and backs are all new and inexperienced.

The Aztecs have so many questions this year that it is impossible to make to many predictions at this time.

***By the way, did you know 78/82 owes me a ton of ?

Don't know if any of them make the field in 07, but I am curious to see how Burris will do. As you can see, we went hard after lineman and dbs as the former spot was very thin and the latter had a large graduation this year.

Have to agree w/ Steve's assessment of our defense. As for the qb's, I don't think the 2 youngsters will be ready next year. I would expect OC and Craft to be 1, 2 at qb.

I'd give the loss to the program on that one and you can include the vast majority of us who spend way too much time on Aztectalk. From the coaches, to the players, to the fans, we all put a W in the column for that one.

When was the last time SDSU lost to UW in SD?

In 1995 Wyoming beat the Aztecs in San Diego, 34-31.

UW has a 5-9 mark in San Diego against SDSU. I always have a UW media guide handy.

Oh, BTW, UW is 15-13 lifetime against the Aztecs!
