Alright, time to store that debalacle in farthest deepest places in the back of our minds, Its not a game I thought we would win, but a blowout?

Anyway, this Saturday the 3rd of December (December already?) Weber gets to host San Jose State who owes Weber a home game due to the bracketbuster game last season.

The Spartans come into the game with a record of 2-4 and a 77-70 loss to our conf mate MSU. SJSU plays UTSA at home on Wednesday the 30th

This looks like a very good game to get all our eggs in a basket before going to yet another hostile environment @ BYU. This would hopefully be a good game for Bullinger to make some shots and gain some confidence, we all know K-Bull can do it, but we need him to step up now, Lillard can NOT do it all, doesnt matter how good Lillard is (and he is good) we need more of a team effort out there. Tresnak did a very good job last night he is developing into a good post player right before our eyes, but foul trouble kept him and just about everybody else on the bench last night, all our bigs were in foul trouble last night, and we had to play soft defense because of it.

Once again I have to stress just how important it is to come out STRONG in the second half, I am now seriously believing that the only reason we are not 1-4 right now, is because we built such large leads in our games vs Irvine, USU and JVilleSt that we outlasted each one. Well it caught up to us last night, now we need to get going and start making better (or any) 2nd half adjustments.

ONCE AGAIN PLEASE MAKE YOUR FREAKING FREE THROWS yep Kyle Im looking at you, you played really well last night, but going 3-10 at the freethrow line hurt bad, we couldnt gain any momentum from them, what also really hurt was 0 points from K-Bull and only 5 points from Scotty B.

Now lets come out on Saturday and play a good game and gain our confidence back. I still think this team will be 8-3 by time conf starts.

Bull is hurt. You can tell. He needs to take a couple of days off this week and help his back issues. I heard on the radio that he might have a strained calf, or is that Mahoney? Mahone has been afflicted with that issue the past couple of seasons. I hope both are okay.

Playing in the safe confines of the Dee Events Center should really help out the Cats. I'm hoping for a good solid team effort from the Cats and a W. Gotta get some revenge on SJSU for last years debacle in the Bay.

Oh Wildcat...I AGREE!!

A win vs San Jose would be a very special win, because it will be Rahe's 100th win and it will be at home, what better way to get your 100th win in your own arena in front of your fans.

This will be a tough game.

San Jose beat UTSA Wednesday night, 72-66.
UTSA so far this year, beat Utep, Oral Roberts, & Fresno St., among others, and OT losses to Oklahoma St., and Pepperdine.

San Jose lost to San Francisco by 2 in OT @ San Fran, and San Francisco beat up the Griz in Missoula last night.

catcats, do you know who the Dons leading scorer is who apparently didn't play last night against UM, and did he play against San Jose St. when the Spartans lost in OT on the road to them?

----Looks like it was Michael Williams USF's leading scorer did play against San Jose St., and didn't play against the Griz last night.

Anybody who listened to the game last year, remembers it was Shamburger and Wil Carter who lit us up last year.

SJSU has been playing a pretty tough schedule. The teams they lost too aren't bad. Cal Poly has been a joke the past couple seasons, but are looking really good. What I'm saying is that the Cats can't take the Spartake lightly. Gotta come ready to play!

Weber cannot come out cold vs the Spartans, if we do they will beat us even in our own arena.

Lets get some revenge, GO WILDCATS

yes, their nba prospect had just 9 points and i think might have been injured and missed a chunk of the game. i cant really remember it because i was just staring at the clock wondering why it was going in slow motion to get the game over with.

carter, of pocatello, lol, schooled us pretty good. :yikes:

i do like the home court advantage in this game. sjsu has had i think 1,300  for its biggest home crowd and the biggest away crowd they have seen thus far is 2,800.

can we get 7,000?

hoping home court/students + team glad to be back home for a game = 15 pt win.
