Does anyone know what the schedule looks like for next year? I thought I saw somewhere that we will be playing Colorado State in the future.

God, I hope not. Maybe in 2014 when we might have our stuff together.

Great site. So Michigan State and South Dakota State are our two only scheduled non-conference games.

Hopefully they add a cupcake to the schdule so we can maybe get a win, New Mexico Highlands would be a nice choice.

And thankfully it's South Dakota and not SD State, that would be a slaughter.

I heard somewhere, maybe KFKA, that we're opening at home with Adams State, but I'm not 100% on that.

That would be a positive start for once. Better steer clear of CSU-P in the next couple years though.

So will the basketball team average more fans per game than the football team?

When I was a student if you told me that within five years this could, and probably will happen, I would have asked for some of whatever you were smokin'.

I know. I really thought we would be in the 8,000-10,000 range on average with teams like Montana bringing in 12,000 per game. My guess is, if we were winning we would be close to those numbers.

We do open at home against Adams St, according to the athletics website. They have a short blurb about spring practice starting soon. Do you think we will have an OC by then????

What's the deal with the schedule and why hasn't in been finalized? We know our ooc schedule - South Dakota, Michigan State and Adams State. What's the hold up on it being official?

I have a bad feeling about that Adams State game. We shouldn't schedule D-II schools until we have a decent chance of beating them.

We won't lose to Adams. They weren't very good last year and we aren't that bad. But Blofeld is right, if we do lose Downing would be fired on the spot. You can't look past anyone, but we won't lose to Adams. No way.

I don't think we will either, my comment was tongue in cheek, but I do remember thinking the same thing about Chadron State and even talking shit to some Chadron fans on some forum. I was so disgusted by the loss that I don't think I ever went and ate the crow I deserved

I don't think we'll lose to them either. Chadron was a good team that year, and we were horrible, probably one of the worst UNC teams I've ever seen.
