Any news on scotty B? i have heard rumors we have seen his last game in a weber shirt for session like attitude

I sure hope its not Sessions part 2, and more along the lines of personal problems, attitudes dont belong in college sports. I really like Scotty, I hope he is ok and his family is ok (if that's the reason) and we see him in purple and white again next year.

I hope this rumor is not true. I dont see Bamforth as the kind of kid with an attitude problem, although there was that one game where he refused to take one shot... that one kind of made me think a little.

Sure hope he's coming back next year. But maybe this is why Weber is looking to add an extra wing on the roster????

Who knows. I call BS on Maddawg. Posting information on a forum without any sort of reference. Back it up, and then I might believe. Without any sources I will continue to believe that Scotty will be back next year.

this is why i asked if anyone has heard anything cause all i have heard is rumors. i never said it was truth and i wasnt posting it to say he was never coming back

Every year there is one or two players who don't progress as much, wont get much playing time in the future, too many injuries, etc. There are many different reasons for people not coming back. From the discussions I have had with coaches, I fully expect Scotty B to be playing here next year. :twocents:

thanks for clearing this up

so i talked to a athletic trainer today and she told me scotty b will most likely not play this coming year because of the trouble that was going on this last year with his kid

Tough situation, I hope his baby gets healthy. Family comes first.

That was my fear when I heard he didn't make the trip to LMU and that Weber is looking to sign a couple of 2 guards for next year. If this is true, I hope for the best for Scotty and his family. I guess I hope for the best for him and his family regardless. I have enjoyed watching him play. I'll never forget the half-court shot against N.Co last year.

Who moved this thread out of the basketball forum?

Buckle Up, this off season could be as exciting as the season itself. Now if Rahe announces he's departing for greener pasture that would just top off the whole son of a biitch, wouldn't it?

Fields leaves :wall:
Bull & Mook injury :wall:
ISU loss :wall:
Bracketbuster Espn Snub :wall:
BSC tourney loss :wall:
Lillard leaving :wall:
NIT snub :wall:
CIT road game :wall:
Bamforth leaving? wtf :wall:

I'll trade you places.

Signed,
An NAU fan

Agreed we have plenty to be thankful for as this season could have been much much worse.

Also we also have to be thankful that the faggies didnt win tonight on their home floor. Even homecourt thru the whole tournament didnt win them a championship. F the aggies

according to the article in this morning Standard Examiner, Scotty B WILL be back for his senior season! http://www.standard.net/stories/2012/04/01/rahe-proud-how-wildcats-fought-through-adversity" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Sure would be nice IF people would actually post legit stories using legit sources. Like my 6th grade math teacher told me, ALWAYS check your work. (Maddog, Tal, etc...)

sorry didnt know an athletic trainer wasnt a leggit source, and as i have said from the get go this was never official i first stated it as a rumor then i said the athletic trainer said most likely not. i never once said it was a for sure thing
