Week 11 - Sac State at #2 Montana State

YES! HC Taylor evaluated his talent pool and got the most out of his roster.

Implemented what many predicted was going to be a huge mistake w 2 QB system and silenced the naysayers.

Let's not forget folks (me included) were calling the 2 QB system a mistake. It worked out because both players bought into it and the 2 quarterback's skill sets complemented each other.

If Coach Fresques had any interest in the 2 QB system then we would have seen it by now. It wasn't used last year and it worked out fine. It's obvious KB wasn't bought into the system, assuming it was even going to be used. Regardless, he quit and the young gun is running the offense now. If there were any other quarterbacks on the roster that the coaches felt could fit in with a 2 QB system, assuming Coach Fresques even has a desire to go that route, we would have seen it by now.

Bobby F doesn’t have the skill to prepare a good 4 qtr game plan for 1 QB let alone the mental capacity to run a 2QB system with unique plays tuned for unique skills of that QB.

We can’t get 4 qtrs of solid production with only one QB.

I mean shoutout Kevin Thomson (yikes on the transfer), but landing an All Conference USA, Dave O’Brien Watchlist QB in the portal just came out of nowhere, and the chemistry with Dunniway and Taylor was lightning in a bottle.

Need to get O’Hara into Sac St FB HOF asap!! he was such a pro, he was automatic at goal line, such a great runner and teams still still had to worry about his passes too which opened up the offense
