That's hard to say, Wyoming I'd say yes. New system, new coaches to many unknowns, i'd say yes for Wyomings.
Colorado St. is another story, this is their second year in their system. They lost a lot with Gartrel Johnson getting drafted, they are picked 6th in the preseason polls. I'll have to look at their returning starters, they played a tough game and hung with the whY last season.
I'm going to say you'll go 1-1 against the MWC.

i heard csu's coach on 1280 the zone today. he sounds like a cool guy. he was talking up the receivers he has returning. so sounds like they will have a decent offense as long as they can decide on a starting qb soon. The question though is how is their defense? weber showed that they can put up points against anyone last year. so as long as they can score on CSU they have a good chance at a win.

We didn't think that was necessary. And even until the final seconds of the game he was yelling and flipping out on the refs even with a huge lead. It was his first yr coaching and we're like who is this guy? I also like Giacoletti a lot but Boylen is doing better so...Giacoletti also was the best coach in our conference before leaving for Utah.
I did feel bad though for Boylen at the USU game in Logan the way that one ended with the "clock" issue. I was at the game up from behind the Ute bench. And I've seen clock issues happen in Logan 3-4 times. Twice last year and once even against WSU which was also toward the end of the game and screwed us over - 2003. That was BS and we lost by 2.

Good to be back. During the off season, there is not much to talk about. Its on now.

Boylen was a lot cooler after the game this year...He had some really good things to say about the Wildcats and the coaching staff (if it wasn't for Kepkay, Weber wins that one). That game in 03!!! Your ticket prices up there are a screaming deal, I said the other day I looked into buy them. 50 yard line, 10 rows up for $100. Those same seats are the U are $210 per season with a $400 donation per seat to the Crimson Club. I don't see how you guys aren't selling out your stadium with those prices.
My seats at RES are down on the 1st row in the North EndZone (NEZ), I pay $200.00 for the set.
I think if you guys can prove that your consistently going to have a good team like last year, all the bandwagon fans will jump on and fill your stadium. The sad thing about it, if you're one hit wonders you'll continue to see the same support you currently have.

Concerning season TIX: If you like sitting with the REAL Wildcat fans, get season TIX on the east side with all the crazies. They are basically gen. admission but get there 30 to 45 mins before kickoff and pick your spot(except where I sit...40 yard line) LOL
