So... Seatte beat Oregon State by 51 last night in Corvallis. That's right, they won by FIFTY-ONE points on the road at a Pac-10 School...

Ummm yeah, Charles Garcia may very well go for 30 and 15 against us if he can stay out of foul trouble. Cameron Dollar has them playing great ball. They have some amazing wins and some dumb losses though.

In my September prediction thread I said we'd win agains them at home and lose to them on the road. I hope I'm right, but I'm seeing a lose/lose scenario here. Red Hawks by 12+ on Saturday afternoon :(

It appears that Seattle is an up and down team. Loyola beat them by 15 and LMU beat us by 4, although we were down by 21 at one point. Eastern Washington beat Seattle in Cheney by 3 and EWU beat us by 4 there. Seattle beat UCD by 10 and we beat UCD by 2.

I think we could stick with them at the Nest; I'm hoping anyway, since I'll be there.

Just tunned in and I'm happy to see Sac isnt trailing by double digits. It's 7-5 Sac with 15:51 left in the first.

18-17 Seattle 6:33 left. Ugly game today on both sides. The Hornets are playing some decent defense. Typical missed shots and poor passing by the Hornets on the offensive side.

32-28 Seattle at the half. Close game so far. Sloppy play by both teams. The Hornets need to drive the lane more. Whenever they do, they are drawing fouls. Whoever wants this one more will win this one.

40-39 Hornets with 15:53 left int eh 2nd. The Hornets came out playing tough and looking good. They are still shutting down Garcia on the defensive side as well. Garcia is getting a double team everytime he touches the ball.

Hornets playing well and have cleaned up their game. 50-42 with 11:55 left, Hornet lead! The Hornets are hitting their 3's and force a Seattle timeout.

Of course as soon as I type that the Hornets give up some easy points to Garcia followed by a Hornet turnover.

54-48 Hornets with 7:37 left. Dickson going to the line for 2. Hornets are playing well. If they can get a few more shots to fall, they can pull this one out.

Now Dickson misses a layup and fouls the Seattle player for during a shot. Seattle going to the line to complete the 3 point play.55-52 Hornets with 6:57 left.
