I think they'll eventually be a 1 seed, so PSU shouldn't have to worry there. At least the Tigers don't have dominant big men. Hard to imagine them not moving up given their margin of victory today and every other projected 1 seed losing aside from Louisville.

Interesting. That is a real high seed for us, but I'd take it. Purdue is a pretty good ball club, but they aren't the super power, we can get stuck with far worse.

I'd take it too even though Purdue is a really good club. What would irk me is North Dakota State or Cleveland State or someone else getting a higher seed. I know we had some bad losses but we also beat Gonzaga and came close at Washington.

If we develop a winning tradition and continue to get into the big dance our seedings will improve.

In my opinion, Cleveland St. is better than PSU. They beat Syracuse, which is basically as good as winning at Gonzaga. Cleveland St. also plays in the Horizon with three other good teams (Butler, who they also defeated, Wis.-Green Bay, and Wright St.). PSU's conference only had one other decent team (WSU).

I'd put NDSU in the same class as PSU this year. They have Ben Woodside, this year's Steph Curry.
 
Looking at Lunardi's most recent Bracketology, I do think it is B.S. that he'd give #14 seeds to Binghamton, SFA, American, and E. Tenn. St. while sticking PSU with a #15.

Is it possible that all the upsets in the various conference tournaments will effect the seedings or are they all pretty much locked in?

Dayton deserves a better seed than a 10. It's a slap in the face for them. They deserve at least a 9 or a 8.
