Senglin's dunk

For those who saw the game, what did you think of Senglin's dunk in the second half? Hyperbole aside, it was one of the best dunks I've ever seen in competition because it was so timely and unexpected. I don't think we've seen Senglin throw it down in a game before and he had a defender right on his heels. He didn't need to dunk it, and I doubt anyone expected it. But then he did. The dunk itself was smooth and quick and powerful, like a knockout jab. The reaction from the crowd was thunderous. I'll admit that I was skeptical of Rahe starting Senglin earlier this year. He seems to take a fair number of ill-advised shots. But I'm happy to have him on the floor now.

Definitely a highlight and crowd energizer, heck it energized the team as well. I thought it was quite Damianesque

I couldn't have described, or illustrated it better myself. I was wondering halfway through the first half when we would finally see a Senglin dunk. I have watched his highlight film a couple of times and it had a number of scenes showing his dunking prowess, but we hadn't seen anything yet here at Weber. Now we need to see some of Gittens dunks. I saw him throw down a couple in the summer while watching rat ball. He and Senglin are pretty fun to watch.

Definitely. I think it was a bit unexpected, as he threw it down lightning fast, when I thought he'd take the easy layup. I almost jumped out of my damn socks when he did it. :notworthy:

I's seen most all of our guys throw down some impressive jams in practice. Both Jeremy and Rashaud can do some amazing things in the air. Not sure what is going on with Fuller right now, but he can also throw it down a little bit. The only one I haven't seen do it is Jordan. :thumb:
