Today is the opening day of the late signing period for basketball, which runs to May 16. The ISU men have at least three scholarships to offer. Will be interesting to see if Kevin Legardy, the Nevada PG who is reportedly committed to ISU, puts his name on the NLI dotted line soon. Tops on the ISU shopping list will be post players, particularly in light of the departure of Novak Topalovic and Jake McCord. I wouldn't expect any action on those spots until later in the signing period.
The women are also undergoing some roster churn, so I would expect them to add a couple of players to the two early signings they had last fall. I would think finding a PG to replace the injured Dora Goles would be at the top of Seton's wish list.
