I believe the signing period for spring starts on Apr 13.

Is anyone signing that day for the 2010 class at WSU?

Hajek?

Is there a Transfer player that will sign?

I'm pretty sure its just Hajek. I wouldn't be surprised if a JC was suddenly appeared, but right now there isn't anyone else other than Hajek.

CatCat, who are the players rumored to be transferring?
Ray Gallegos from Nebraska, played as a true fresh this past season. We can't possibley have room for 2 DI transfers so he must be it.

ESPN
Rayes Gallegos | SG

Hometown West Jordan, UT
High School West Jordan High School
Position rank Shooting Guard # 52
Height 6'2"
Weight 170 lbs.

Rated 88 out of high school

ESPN shows CSU, SDSU, Weber, USU, Cal & Nebraska recruited him.

Nebraska finished 2-14, 15-18, last in the Big XII

Gallegos played 14 min per game, averaged 3 ppg, and 3P% was .349 (15-42), made 8 of 16 ft's, and shot .366 from the field (34-93).

So if Gallegos doesn't sign with WSU, who is the D-1 transfer that Rahe has mentioned? Could it be a former Ute, maybe Henderson?

Gallegos is probably going to be staying in Nebraska. I guess he doesn't want to play in the NCAA tourny.

When you say probably do you mean a 35% chance he stays? Personally I don't see why everyone is so worked up over this player. Do we have a reason to assume he is so good or would even get minutes play for us?

So Talhad, how do you know that Gallegos is not going to leave Nebraska? Is it a real source, or are you just pulling it out of the air? I have it on VERY good source that Weber is going to pick up a D1 transfer, and another VERY reliable source that it is probably going to be Gallegos.

If Gallegos comes, great. You can never have too many tallented players. If he doesn't, I really like the team we've got with out him. I think the coaches are out there now, looking at summer league teams, and trying to find that next, great tallent. Every year there is someonr new on the horizon. You just never know who may turn up.

From what I'm hearing...NOT FROM A COACH, remember they aren't allowed to talk with anybody about recruits unless they are part of their staff or the administration, certainly not boosters...Ray is planning on staying at Neb. Of course, things are always subject to change.
