• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

With Jordan Brown, Bo Bolen, and Josh Kealamakia gone, who will return punts and kickoffs, and who will punt and kickoff?

Didn't McClain kick off early in season last year?
He kicked off the first game versus BC. He kicked 5 times for a 53.4 yard average. Kealamakia averaged 63.8 yards kicking off the rest of the season. I would have to assume that McClain will be the one kicking off this year. He was pretty good at PATs and FGs last year. But he needs to stay away from the hippy lettuce.

As for punting, Epperson punted seven times last year for an average of 33.6 yards (Kealamakia averaged 39.9 yards on 45 punts). I would assume that unless they bring in a full time punter, that Epperson will handle the punting this year. Either way, I think Kealamakia will be missed.

I thought I heard X Johnson's name mentioned in regards to returning kickoffs, but I'm not sure. Maybe Booker will.

WSU has a lot of options there. Xavian Johnson is a good choice. Also, I wouldn't be surprised to see Haini Moimoi, Austin Raught, Jordan Clemente, or even Ference Lang (if he ends up on the roster). Barrinton Collins and Marvin Walker are also dangerous with a football in their hands.

Shaun is a talented kicker and punter. Josh has an incredible leg also, Shaun did kick at Boston but his numbers were skewed by those incredible winds. If Shaun is chosen to handle all of the kicking duties he will do a great job! I'm looking forward to the season!
