• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

Spight Versus Beitzal...who wins?

Who is the best Bears player in the past 10 years? No doubt it's between those two, but who is better? I say Devon just because he carried that team to the tourney. I think Spight has a better cast around him. I sure wish we had him for more than one year.

I wish I had more of a chance to see this team play. Some of the UNC games used to be on Altitude so I got to see a few of the Beitzal era games and he really was a great player. I would have loved to have seen a few of this teams games to compare.

I guess we'll just have to get to the CIT Semis then, since those are televised nationally.

The conference games were all on bigskytv.com

The CIT game is on now, here's the link

It didn't work in chrome or explorer browsers, only firefox. Always a challenge to see the Bears play.

I have watched some games online but it's not ideal for someone who goes to bed early and is in the East Coast. I liked recording the game on the DVR and watching it later (and it's not the same on my little laptop).

Andre Spight has now scored 792 points this season, the third-most in a single season in the history of the Big Sky and the most since 1979.

Dave Wagnon from Idaho State scored 842 points during the 1965-66 season. Idaho State's Lawrence Butler scored 812 in 1978-79.

If we get two more games, Dre could score 51 and set the record.

Remember if you have trouble watching the game with Windows 10 browser Edge try using the Firefox browser. For some reason Edge doesn't work on my computer and many others as well.

Beitzel will be a UNC hall of famer in October...

I think Spight joins him at some point.
