I think they'll do it at PGE again. The promotion where you got to pick your season ticket seat was pretty successful.

I noticed JG's comment about how the four-year schools were getting all the JC linemen. He does realize he's at a four-year school, right?

That's some mis-speak. Does he need a new mind-set? "Say "Division I" ten times!"

One thing sure; we know the difference between high expectations and low expectations this time around, and Jerry's not making the mistake of feeding the former. Next week reality will begin to set in.
A little, anyway. Just how good are these guys? Right now I haven't the faintest idea.

Same thoughts here.

I have no idea what this team will yield. The defense was the problem last year and we seem to have a tad bit more depth in the positions that matter in the 3-4. Will that better a 3-8 record? Probably. Much? Who knows. Fall camp will tell us much more than spring camp.

Watch for channel 8 news tonight. I'm in Portland on break, and I saw their cameraman walking toward practice. There were a few other local media types there too.
 
I don't like the comments coming out of spring camp. Man, I hope we don't have to deal with another "rebuilding" year.
 
As long as we have a better season than last year (shouldn't be that difficult) and bring attendance to 12k/game by the end of the year, they can rebuild as much as they want.
