Are there losses other than Freize, Gaylord, and Merin that you know of?
What happened to Gaylord?

Wow,if he really did not know you could not use your preseription after is expired he deserves a break. Seems like in this day of technology he should have known or the NCAA is way off on this one. What a severe penalty after all the years these kids put in.talon38 said:From what I've heard concerning Gaylord, he failed a random drug test after the Illinois State game. It was for a presciption he'd had, but was expired and not renewed at the time of the drug test. Automatic 1 year NCAA ban. And since he's an upcoming Senior, well you get it!! Tough Break.

As a senior he led Folsom High School to a state championship throwing for 3,702 yards and 62 TDs. He also rushed 994 yards and 23 TDs. Dano is only 5' 9" which is not ideal for a Pro Style offense, but should not be a problem in Cal Poly's triple option offense (an offense he played in the last two years at Air Force).
