Spring Game (date & time?)

Five road games will be played outside. It maybe a good idea to start practicing outside on the practice field for those road games to prepare for harsh conditions.
You KNOW it's a dumb idea to risk injury on the last day of spring ball. Playing in the rain MONTHS AND MONTHS away from fall PRACTICE schedule is just not smart.
If someone were to get hurt in wet conditions "some people" would criticize the decision to play. We lost Manu and Jenkins last year. I don't think "practicing running or throwing" in the rain so far out of real play is very smart.

Kramer said... I can play in the rain, but lighting wasn't part of the equation. Even the women's softball game was delayed because of lighting rules with the NCAA. It's really not that difficult to understand the decision. The decision was made for them. Are you even in Pocatello? You sound like you think that just because some people were cold and wet that they decided to just go get a hot coffee and make the most of the day inside. Lol. Funny

They should never played today. Rain, Thunder, and Lightening in the forecast. Should have told the players and coaches to have an x-box tournament and eat some burgers and pizza. I agree with you. Players could have got hurt sliding on the wet grass and lightening is an automatic stop for 30 minutes. Glad to see Kramer call the game to an end. The offense looked terrible so it was probably better to stop the game anyway. The officials were happy. They got full pay for 50 plays.
