• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

Just for the fun of it, predict the outcome of next year's season

1.)Montana- Only one more year........
2.)Portland State- Good first year under JG
3.)Montana State- Talent alone will help them this season
4.)Eastern Washington- Last year was a rebuilding year, they will be back
5.)Northern Arizona- Norton is a good pickup, middle of the pack
6.)Idaho State- that RB is all they have....
7.)Weber State- Lots to replace but better then the next 2
8.)Sacramento State- First year HC, building block season
9.)Northern Colorado- No improvements at all.

This is what I posted on our board, for how I think UNC will do. I dont follow all the schools close enough to predict each one.

Worst Case: 1-11
It is a crap shoot, but I would pick a victory over WSU. Home attendance drops to 2000ish. I call for Downing's resignation.

Realistic: 4-8
Wins against CSC, SD, and two more conference probably WSU and ISU. Home attendance in the 6-8000 range. I give Downing a pat on the back.

Best Case (ie Miracle): 9-3
Drop UH, UM, and MSU. Break 10k barrier in attendance. I call for a monument to Downing.

I think Sac State will finish a little higher than that. They looked a lot better last year and if the new HC has his stuff together, the could continue on some positives that were shown last year.

Looked at everyone's schedule today, I came up with the below.

1. Montana 10-1 (7-1) Loss to Northern Arizona

2. Portland State 8-3 (7-1) Losses to Montana, McNeese State, and San Diego State

3. Northern Arizona 7-4 (6-2) Losses to Arizona, Appalachian State, Portland State, and Montana State

4. Montana State 7-4 (5-3) Losses to Texas A&M, Eastern Washington, Portland State, and Montana

5. Eastern Washington 7-4 (5-3) Losses to Portland State, Montana, BYU, and Northern Arizona

6. Weber State 4-7 (3-5) Loss to Boise State, Cal Poly, Portland State, Montana, Montana State, Eastern Washington, and Northern Arizona.

7. Idaho State 3-8 (2-6) Losses to Oregon State, Weber State, Cal Poly, Montana, Montana State, Eastern Washington, Portland State, Northern Arizona

8. Northern Colorado 2-9 (1-7) Losses to Hawaii, San Diego, Cal Poly, Northern Arizona, Idaho State, Weber State, Portland State, Montana State, Montana

9. Sacramento State 0-11 (0-8 ) Losses to Fresno State, Portland State, New Mexico, Northern Arizona, Weber State, Montana, Montana State, Eastern Washington, UC Davis, Idaho State, Northern Colorado.
