I haven't heard rumors. CONCACAF game tomorrow night, so at least I know who to ask. However, IMO the only way 3,500 seats are being added without it being ridiculously expensive is an east side second deck... unless the city buys the strip of land adjacent to the MAC, and that's not happening.
