He may not have been a good FBS HC, but he is a good recruiter and did well at EWU.
Has had a string of bad luck lately but he has proven himself in this league. If Sears doesn't start breathing air he will be out soon enough and this will be a moot point, as Sears is entering the middle of his contract.

It looks like we have a new defensive line coach, well sort of. It appears Will Plemons is returning to Sac. Thoughts?

I like how the staff is going. I have always heard good things about Will Plemons. He was with the Hornets once before in 2007 and then went to Fresno State. Will bring some good energy to the team
