Still don't have an AD
Football program doesn't have a complete schedule, with only 4 home games
Volleyball program is rudderless with no coaches

Come on Mary, get it together before the pitchforks come out!

Marc Hughes just resigned. Things are getting a little nervy around Cheney.

I also heard that Pam Parks is retiring soon and didn't our ticket manager move on as well? That leaves very little continuity for the transition to the new regime. Who's left to take up the relationships that have been built over the last decade with donors, vendors, scheduling, etc?

Michael Westphal, Dave Cook, and Kyle Hoob are the only ones remaining off the top of my head. They need to bring in an EKG with knowledge of the local market and appreciation for the various challenges presented. I'm not sure that person exists.

I more than a little concerned about our direction.

Sort of a strange deal... Hickey is officially an interim AD. Might be time to shore things up and make a permanent hire. And in the short term, getting football squared away with a complete schedule would be a good start.

He knew he was leaving some time ago. After putting his 20 years he bought an insurance agency in Cheney.
Good Luck Marc

In Allens column he mentions the time period for applications just closed Monday. I want the right hire not a quick hire.

I'm hoping Matt Sayre is a candidate.
